ZWICEWICZ – At her residence in the arms of her children on Monday, February 1, 2010, Katarzyna Zwicewicz of Woodstock in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Jan (1994). Dear mother of Zofia and Frank Marchese of Milton, Irene and Joe Gigante of Toronto, Kazia and Bruno Sodaro of Strathmore, AB, Joseph Zwicewicz, Jadwiga Houston, Anthoni and Heather Zwicewicz all of Woodstock, and Alicia and Jodie Elliott of Toronto. Sadly missed by grandchildren Francesca, Andria and Mike, Robert and Amanda, Jesse and Kelly, Julian, Joanna and Rob, Alicia, Marisha, John, Alicia, and Nicolas. Sister of Eustachy and Stefania Kapanajko of Brod, Poland. Sister-in-law of Jasia Zwicewicz of Woodstock. Predeceased by her grandson Roman Marchese, her siblings Helena, Mirek, and Andrizej, and her brother-in-law Waclaw Zwicewicz. Friends will be received at the Smith-LeRoy Funeral Home, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Rosary prayers will be recited in English and Polish at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 8:00 pm. Funeral Mass at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 169 Ingersoll Road, Woodstock, on Friday, February 5, 2010 at 10:00 am. Spring interment at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
